Space for art and possibilities

Constance on what she’s most looking forward to

The new sustainable depot in Hoofddorp will not only provide additional capacity but also new opportunities to serve clients even better.

“What I’m most looking forward to when it’s finished? The space. Literally and figuratively,” Constance says.
“Space to store collections in the best possible conditions, but also space to think in solutions. No matter how complex the request, there is always a way to make it happen. That’s what makes this project so valuable.”

Those solutions often arise in close collaboration with clients. Constance is excited to welcome them to the new facilities and explore together how to make the best use of the available space. From climate-controlled sections for delicate works to flexible storage for temporary projects, the possibilities will be greater and more versatile.

“Space creates opportunities,” she concludes. “For our clients and for us as a team. It’s energizing to look ahead and imagine everything we’ll be able to do.”

Whether it’s temporary storage, long-term preservation, or bespoke solutions, at Kortmann art is always at the center, now and in the future.

This interview is part of the ‘Management Perspectives’ series, in which we ask our colleagues to share their personal views on the new depot expansion in Hoofddorp.
